Effective August 22, 2026
The service provider identified in your company’s FieldCraftPro order form operates the service and processes information to deliver, secure, and support it.
Information processed
- Work identity and account information, including name, email, company, role, and project assignments.
- Operational records such as time entries, Daily Logs, equipment, inspections, attachments, approvals, and distribution history.
- Authentication, security, diagnostic, and support information needed to protect and operate the service.
Free Handoff Check
You can complete the check and view or print the result without submitting contact details. Worksheet answers remain in the page unless you choose a draft on your device or download a copy. Device-local drafts stay in that browser until you remove them; avoid saving on shared devices.
Requesting the editable download saves your email, optional name and company, campaign source, resource-contact permission and separate newsletter-interest choice in the private CRM. Your worksheet answers are not submitted. A request reference is kept for this browser session so you can download again without repeating the form. Contact details are not stored in the worksheet or device-local draft.
The optional workflow-tips choice records interest in future emails; it does not activate a newsletter. Resource-only requests are not newsletter signups. Contact support to change or withdraw your preference. Newsletter delivery must be configured separately before any mailing begins.
Access requests
When you request access, we store your contact details, company information, workflow answers, campaign source when available, and permission to contact you in a private sales CRM. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. A hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions. An email notification directs the authorized owner to the request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Contact support to request correction or deletion of inquiry information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to business inquiries, provide contracted workflows, authenticate users, enforce company boundaries, distribute requested reports, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Hosting, database, authentication, email-delivery, and support providers may process information for the service operator. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to protect users and the service. FieldCraftPro does not sell customer operational data.
Control and retention
Your company controls operational records submitted by its users. Retention, export, and deletion follow the order form and account-closure process. Limited records may be retained when required by law, to resolve disputes, or in time-limited backups.
Requests
Contact your company administrator first for record corrections or exports. Privacy, access, or deletion requests can be sent to support@fieldcraftpro.com. Identity and company authority may need to be verified.
