See assessment scope ↗YOUR COMPANY SYSTEM · BUILT IN CLEAR STAGES
A company-specific system starts with your business requirements. Define the first workflow, prove the outcome and expand against an agreed plan. Prices below cover defined stages—not a complete business system for one flat fee.
Request a fit conversation ↗Inventory up to 12 applications; map one workflow deeply and screen two others. Includes interviews, observation, a dream workshop and an actionable plan.
See assessment scope ↗One team, one workflow, up to two existing systems and ten users. A supported one-way handoff, one form, one approval queue and one view/export, subject to feasibility.
Explore implementation ↗Up to three named workflows and two hours per month for triage, maintenance, agreed small improvements and reviews. Begins after included stabilization if selected.
Discuss support fit ↗THE PILOT, DEFINED
Target: four weeks after prerequisites. Includes specification and prototype, configuration, testing, two role-based training sessions, operating guide, administrator handover and 30 calendar days of defect stabilization after acceptance.
Up to 100 clean active records in one approved schema, with a rehearsal, final import and reconciliation. Accounting history and extensive cleanup are excluded.
Payment: $3,000 at scheduling, $1,500 at accepted prototype, $1,500 at written acceptance. Assessment, software subscriptions and approved additional work are separate.
The pilot assumes documented existing connectors or reviewed file import/export. Bespoke API connectors, bidirectional synchronization, offline apps and complex permission models need a separate quote. Confirm access, vendor plan entitlements and sample data before scheduling.
Connected Operations starts from $12,000 for a custom scope after a successful pilot, typically two or three related workflows. This is a starting price, not an entire-business flat fee. Scope, costs and timing are agreed after discovery.
Month-to-month, with no rollover of unused hours. The monthly health note and quarterly 30-minute review count toward the two-hour allowance. Overage is $150/hour only after written approval. Confirm staffed hours and response targets in your agreement; 24/7 service is not included. New features and vendor changes are separately scoped. Client data handover is documented.
Software access and subscriptions are separately scoped and priced before onboarding. No automatic subscription starts with an inquiry, assessment or pilot. Existing field tools can be part of the solution when they fit; customers can also keep their current tools.
Compare assessment, implementation, subscriptions, internal effort and support costs with evidenced benefits. Show cash savings and recovered staff capacity separately, and allow for adoption and ramp-up. Recommend a smaller change when the economics do not support a build.
